All those living in areas with Daylight Savings Time know it's time to "fall back" - turn your clocks back one hour so you gained an hour of sleep this morning (or just woke up an hour earlier than usual according to your body clock). Where does that hour go? And where does it stay until it returns in the spring? Time. Think about it. It's just a concept we've created so we have to be somewhere and we know when we're late - or early!
What would you do if you didn't have clocks or watches or meetings set at certain times? It definitely takes one to a Zen-like place...
Is not everything that one does from morning to night, just as one does it, the Way?
