Still working slowly, building up the blue and green ones but just had to put some color in for the red one at this stage. It looked so lonely. Don't even know what color I'll use for the orange at this stage... The red is Daniel Smith's Permanent Red Deep and I just washed some light color there so it didn't look so white next to the green and yellow strands.

I have gotten behind on my blogs but I just have to say WOW, WOW, WOW on "Stranded" and your lotus. The colors are so clean and bright. Very ambitious projects.
The blue hank of yarn is lovely - nice how you give just enough detail to show its properties. Looking forward to seeing this as you develop it!!
Now Rhonda - seriously - this is way more complicated than my gourds! (Watch out for the Perm. red, it tends to lift and bleed)
Keep going slow - you are doing GREAT!
Thanks, Vicki (I've gotten behind on everything this month!)! I always appreciate you stopping by and commenting when you have the time.
Chris, love to hear from you! I'm glad you're enjoying this one. It certainly does take a different mindset than I'm used to!
Deb, thanks for the tip about the color - may use several reds in this one. I think I ended up using 5 different blues in the blue one.
Progressing nicely!
Thanks, Pam. I appreciate you stopping by and commenting :)
This is coming along great!
Thanks, Kathy! I hope you have time to paint over your holiday "break."
