Kentucky native, George Clooney, has returned to the Tri-State this week, scouting locations to shoot scenes for his new movie, "Ides of March."
Clooney spotting has become a sport in the area, with our local news stations reporting sightings from Kenwood, Downtown Cincinnati, Mt. Lookout and Oxford. What? No Kentucky sightings?
The film will be shot in 26 different locations throughout the Tri-State and movie will be filmed in February and March.
Sure beats a blizzard any day.

Where are you? I'm in Cincinnati! Maybe we're neighbors and never knew it! I'm looking out my window....
I have NOT see that man....But if I were you I'd be out and about with my camera in hand. Good luck tracking and spotting
Hope you spot him somewhere around soon!He is a handsome man-I love his voice..
Katherine, I'm right across the river in Northern KY!! Send me an email to my gmail addy and we'll have to make plans to meet some day soon :)
Carol, I'm not much of a star watcher. This is his second movie to be made here and I like that he's "giving back" to his hometown area with jobs for a while. My sister keeps kicking herself for not meeting him when he was in the theatre department at Northern Kentucky University when she was there (not in the theatre dept.). She said girls already were talking about him saying, "You've got to see this guy." ha ha
Arti, I like his personality - fun and interesting and not at all "look at me, I'm a big star" type of person. Of course, he's easy on the eyes, too.
If you see him, Rhonda, send him my way. That smile would melt all this snow..............
Oh Rhonda, I could look at him any day!
Carol, I'll let him know you're looking for him :)
Linda, he did get some pretty darned good genes from his parents :)
