A GIFT IN THE MAIL FROM JANE ROYAL

For those that follow the blog, Painted Hearts Studio, of Jane Royal, you know that she had a most generous give-away last week.  All you had to do to receive one of her cards was tell her you wanted one!  No drawing of names or anything - just ask and you shall receive :)

And this beautiful card (along with a tiny tag that is so pretty and girly) was what I received in the mail yesterday.

Jane has also been sharing some of her art and Photoshopping techniques with her viewers.  Check it out and see if you might incorporate some of her techniques into your art work.

And thanks, Jane!
This card is so beautiful, I may hold on to it for a while; but eventually it will find a new home.

You're welcome, too, Jane, and this card is even more beautiful in real life than I can show on the scan. Loved the words on the card, too.

Thanks for sharing your Bill Buchman book with us and your own exercises. Loved Jane's card you received.

Joan, it is a "simple" book in that there are a few paragraphs and then an exercise to do, another few paragraphs, and an exercise. So it's easy to follow and continue through. Next exercise = mark making.
