I didn't go to figure drawing session Tuesday night but did start a yupo painting in watercolor class Tuesday morning. This is George, a tree frog that belongs to one of Jerry's students but we get to babysit him every now and then.
I also worked a bit more on the spoons. The misket is off in this version and I need to shape and shadow the handles more and then they should be done.

Now I see you DID save those whites! Thanks for letting me know about the Miskit...I thought you were getting awfuly close to losing the glow of the shell spoons. This is done so well so far, I hope that good fortune and skill continues for you since this will make a wonderful painting.

Rhonda,
Your passion for painting is evident in both of these paintings. Keep it up. I can't wait to see the finished works.

Yep, I had you fooled :) Thanks for your always positive comments, Susan! I hope to get this one done today and more on George, too.
Thanks so much, Sandy! Passion is a good thing :)
