Trying to finish up the leaves and berries slowly - this is where I get too rushed and ruin a painting so need to slow down and work it bit by bit. I made up my mind before I started that the berries would be the absolute last thing I do - so they were last and the misket is still on them.

The Indanthrone Blue over the warmer burnt sienna color is just fabulous. Really sets that background back, but doesn't make it all one color. With the highlights you have added to the berries, it just sparkles and pops. This is going to be a lasting winner of a painting.

Wow! I liked this one from the start, Rhonda, and it turned out to be spectacular.
