WHAT PLANT IS THIS?

Just needed some color.  From a photo reference taken in Florida of a plant growing in front of the rental house - not sure what the plant is but it was full of the red/yellow/orange leaves (no flowers).

Hi Rhonda - It is a Croton plant. I lived in Florida for 30 years and recognized it immediately! Hope you are doing well and staying safe.

Thanks, Claudia. I knew that somewhere in the back of my mind but could not think of it at all - I knew there were some gardeners in the people watching that would tell me :). Hope you are doing well - and your family, too! My brother’s son and partner both got COVID and they live with my 82 yo mother - who now has it and she’s in denial about how bad it could be. She sounds horrid today (I call her 2 times a day and my sister calls her 1-2 times a day to check on her). She’s already on oxygen due to her COPD and she’ll need to get to a hospital when her O2 level goes down to 90. This crap is scary and too real :(

Rhonda- I had gotten a message saying my comment didn't work so I had not checked back. So very sorry to hear about your mother. I hope she will be okay. My parents have been gone for a long time but Richard's mother is 93 and so far she is doing fine. Take good care of yourself. And we hope for a better year next year.
Thank you for the wrapped presents! They are gorgeous and I can't wait to open them!
Happy holidays.
