It is coming together slowly.  I spend more time looking than painting these days, and that's supposed to be a good thing.  

I wonder if spring will reinvigorate me?  I wonder if I am just suffering from old age?  Heaven forbid!! 

I hope spring (or maybe autumn, if you are in the southern latitudes) brings a welcome change for you.

love the startled/annoyed look on the terns face :) starting to be spring here, dont want to draw just want to sit outside and read lol but need to do a lot of uniwork before I can do that lol

Thanks, Elizabeth, since there is really very little color, I have to work with values and those dark shadows drew me to this photo.

Jennifer Rose, yes, startled or just annoyed? ha ha. I know what you mean - when it's perfect (not too hot yet) it's the time to get out and breathe the air and enjoy things in bloom. Our summers can be pretty humid and sticky and uncormfortable so spring is the best time.
