Thanks, Caroline :) Still 1 migraine a week but I'm trying to just ignore it and hope for the best - plus getting much more active which seems to help my mood even though I still get the migraines.
I'm giggling with delight. Your imagination is healthy.... so you shall heal fully :)
Pam, you get me! ha ha I hope you're right about the healing - am walking and doing other exercises every day - sometimes twice a day - getting myself off the sofa is a positive thing.
