Worked on more cards in class today. Got the pinecone done quickly (it's on gold gessoed paper), then struggled with one that never worked out, and the poinsettia was done quickly (on masa paper that was gold gessoed and painted).
These are beautiful. I am an aspiring watercolor artist also. I was looking for examples of pine cones and you blog came up in Google. Your paintings are lovely.
