CH CH CH CHANGES



Didn't like how static the previous composition looked so made some changes.

Playing with more variety in background colors, too.

I'm loving the lime! I recently treated myself to a couple of these Daniel Smith watercolours, unfortunately they had run out of shadow violet so I will wait for next time. The separation is interesting.

Just a thought but maybe you could add in an extra crow or two by painting the negative space and overlapping them? It could be quite subtley done so they are just hinted at in your lovely loose way of doing things.

Lisa, I like the idea of adding another crow or two by painting the negative space - I've never been very good at that technique, but I will practice and try it out on that one that seems static to me. Have not gotten back to either one yet but will soon.
