Interesting, how it looks so different. I like this one too especially the leaves and berry colour, it looks quite a bit cooler. Which paper did you prefer?
Thanks, Lisa. I think this one looks more “painterly” and yes, a bit cooler. I would never give up my Arches 140# cold press but this Stonehenge Aqua hot press is fun to work with and you can lift color easier, as well as make textured areas by dropping in water on top of the drying pigment. Bought a second block of it and will enjoy playing and learning about it’s properties more as I go along.

its does have a more painterly look, the closer crop works well too 😀
