Vase and mug. Almost through the Ewa Karpinska book on the wet-in-wet style of watercolor painting. Still have a few books to go to get me through the autumn.
Thanks, Barbra. I sure didn’t pay that price for the book. I guess I’ve had it a few years (5+) and paid the usual price for a paperback watercolor book. Maybe they are out of print now and only the small bookstores have them? Not sure why it would be so much. It is very good but maybe not $90 good?? ha ha. I think this is the only book she’s ever written about her technique.

Love what your doing with your watercolors. I looked up that book.
What's the reason for such a price? Is it really that good? LOL !

I think its out of print, but there seems to be a lot of other books on the topic to get at cheaper prices
great colours on this one :) nice job with the transparency
Your painting is a beauty, Rhonda! The vase is outstanding!
Thanks, Jennifer. I don’t find a lot that focus on just wet-in-wet painting - do you know titles of some?
Chris, thanks :). You are too kind!
Charming still life. You are really "getting it" with the glass--wonderful combo of wet and dry!
Thanks, Laura :). I appreciate your comments.
