LEAVES

Still playing with wet-in-wet style of watercolor painting.  A good time to play with leaf shapes and colors.

Perfect subject for wet in wet color-play; and I like the arrangement too!
I have been picking up pine cones and oak leaves (our leaves aren't turning yet).

How fun Rhonda. These certainly get me in the mood for all those lovely fall colors. If you need some to study...I can send you plenty :)! Have a great day.

Thanks, Laura, Chris, Debbie and Jennifer :). We have no colors here yet but it will happen soon - cooler days and nights = autumn colors.

Just like "the good old days"... Gathering large piles of leaves and hiding in them... making personal leaf collections of found leaves pressed between two pieces of waxed paper.

"Child's play"... and still at it eh Rhonda??? Play on!

Warmest regards and good Fall Painting!
