TOUCANETTE FINISHED

Ready for his eyes, feet and his perch and then done.

Pretty bird :)

The Toucanette from Costa Rica (smaller than a Toucan but a pretty good sized bill on him.)

Love the blue, violet and yellow bill and face area.

What a handsome bird and beautifully painted. I hadn't heard of a toucanette before they are very cute!

Thanks, Chris!! You made me smile. I like this guy, too, and the way the painting turned out :)

Elizabeth, thanks so much!! Again, another smile tonight as I read these supportive and positive comments!!

Lisa, thanks so much! The toucanette is a smaller version of a toucan and it was photographed in Costa Rica by my Sweetie recently :). I am loving the colorful bird photos he took on the trip.

Thanks so much, Jennifer Rose :).

You all made me smile tonight!!

Thanks, Deb. I'm happy with this little guy :) And congratulations on winning an award in the latest GCWS show :) I really like that one of the spools of thread and words!
