That's it - I'm finished. This world just isn't worth living in without Cadbury Crunchies!

I first sussed on to these delectable delights when I took a trip to Australia. It more than made up for the Vegemite everyone tried to get you to taste - an acquired taste, if there ever was one!
I bought a lot in the 2 weeks we were there, probably having one every day (since we were doing a lot of walking, I guess I walked the extra calories off). YUM! I brought some home in my suitcase, too.
And no more will they be made in the UK? What? Cadbury and the UK go together like Wimbledon and funny hats, like stiff upper lips and driving on the wrong side of the road, like G & T on a summer afternoon.
How sad :( Guess I'll go seek solace in a stupid Three Musketeer Mint bar that tastes like flavored air...sigh...
I may have to boycott Kraft - seems they gave the workers in the UK the royal shaft!

Noo-o-o-ooo!!! I'm just hoping that the South African production of this practically perfect confection isn't also going to go by the wayside along with (locally)Rowntree fruit gums and peppermint crisp. I think I'll join you in the boycott Rhonda!
It seems they'll make them, but in Poland, not the UK - seems so wrong, for some reason, although we all are supposed to think globally now. I do like those Cadbury eggs but I remember how disgusting I thought they were the first time I bit into one and saw that yellow and white center! Cadbury is such a lovely chocolate...much creamier and richer and less sweet than Hersheys or Dove. (Hey, can you tell I'm trying to diet?? ha ha)
Prabha, the Cadbury brand is around all over but I can't find the Crunchies in the US locally - maybe that's why they are my favorite = I only get them when going out of the US :) I wish I was not addicted to chocolate but I am - have been known to go out at midnight to get chocolate when none in the house :(
Now that's an idea, Prabha!! We could justify all those purchases of chocolates as just art supplies :)
