BLOGGER IN A STRANGE MOOD

I accepted 2 comments and they came through...except Blogger is refusing to count them. So I commented on the two comments...and it went through...but Blogger is refusing to count that, too. What's with Blogger? Is it just in a bad mood today??

Tomorrow is the meeting of the Greater Cincinnati Watercolor Society and Marlene Steele (a local artist and teacher) is giving the talk and demo on figure painting in watercolors. She is awesome so I'm looking forward to her demo!

Rhonda,

Not just you, I've been having some serious problems with the comments I've had to turn off the comments there for a bit and even now I'm seeing the comments but then when I go to confirm them they disappear so I'm not sure what is going on;0(

That is just some technical problem. I am sure that blogger is doing anything to make that issue fix. Just wait for them to fix it.

Same here, I got 3 emails in my mailbox with blog comments but only one has appeared in the blog so far and it was over 14 hours after it was actualy posted, must be the heat!

Hope you have a great time at the meeting today :)

Well, looks like Blogger is fixed now - not sure what would cause the comments to come in, be approved, and then not show - but things are back to normal.
Sorry everyone is having (or was having) problems - but it does help to know you're not the lone ranger when it comes to strange glitches happening.

Hi Rhonda -- I noticed some weeks ago that Blogger wouldn't count comments until there were at least two or three -- it posted them, but continued to show zero comments under the post. Very strange -- the problem you were having here sounds like an extension of that. I suppose they're "improving" the site -- that's exactly the sort of thing that leads to these random bugs.
