Vicki, I'm honored you said that, knowing how well you paint all your flowers and everything else! Suzanne, thanks so much - good to hear from you after a short absence (hope your summer classes went well).
Nick, you are too kind (blushing). I am so grateful for artists like you, Vicki and Suzanne, who stop by and comment on my work and give me such a boost!
After clicking onthis for an upclose, I will agree that this may be your most expressive and beautiful painting yet. Wish all could see it in real life cause it's even better than what it shows on the screen. WAY TO GO!
Thanks so much, Deb and Sandy, for comments on this one :) I am pleased with it because it looks like a watercolor painting! ha ha But now I'm thinking - but what does it say? It's always something, right? We can never be totally satisfied so we keep moving on (hopefully onward and upward, not just onward).

How beautiful! The background is wonderful, the flower dramatic. I only hope that I can do something so nice with my lotus photos.
This is really beautiful, Rhonda! Great work!

I think that's your best painting from what I can remember, Rhonda.Yeah!!! SUPERB, I couldn't do any better, and probably not as good.

This turned out very nice - I like how it's just gently pushing through the water. Good job!

I love this - the background mingling is great.
Thank you so much, Anita! This is what watercolor is about and why I love it - that mingling, flowing look :)
