WATER IS GREAT EXCEPT...

Water is great for those of us who work in watermedia of all kinds.  But it's not so great when it's being pushed towards our homes by a hurricane.

I am wishing and hoping that all in the southeast are staying safe from this Hermine coming your way.  And hoping the same for Hawaii because there are 2 hurricanes out there in your area.

Stay safe and go to high ground, if needed.

Be careful out there!!

Dear Rhonda I am joining you in thinking about the impact these hurricanes have on our friends everywhere. Thanks for making us ! all take a moment to" look up". Hugs!

Hi Rhonda,
Thank you for thinking of us! We've currently got our fingers and toes crossed that Hurricane Lester continues to track in a more northerly direction and weaken. The next couple of days will tell the tale.
Hope you and Jerry have a nice Labor Day weekend.
Sincerely,
Gary

I'm glad we live on a hill sometimes lol

but I do hope the hurricanes keep going away, would be very scary having to deal with one

Thanks for the thoughts Rhonda, we appreciate it. I live in Tallahassee and yes it went through here last night... Hurricanes are noisy, scary and work.. No power for about 24 hours, but we're ok.. and thanks again.

Debbie, loved the double rainbow!

Gary, hope all is well and the race is on!

Jennnifer Rose, do you have hurricanes or tornadoes in Scotland? I know you have WIND!

Barbara Joan, so glad you are okay - a day without power is annoying but glad that was all you had to deal with. Loved the pic of you on the bike!

John says the place gets hurricane force winds, but tornados are not common and when you do get one its tiny and maybe causes some roof tile damage. not enough sustained humidity and having a maritime climate helps
