Shaker Village Still Life - next step

This takes time and patience. You go slowly, adding color a little at a time with almost completely dry pigment in your brush, lightly brushing over the paper. You have to be in the mood to work on it and I did a bit more. Of course, there is plenty more to do.

But it's looking so great so far Rhon!

The texture and balance and dar/light contrasts are so good, take your time, it's a winner!

Gracias, Teresa! I imagine since no one else commented on it, it either is not their cup of tea, or I'm not doing a good job on it so far! ha ha Who knows when I'll get around to finishing it - I really do have to be in a certain mood to work this way.

Oh, I like the looks of this, Rhonda! You're doing a great job. I've been out of commission AGAIN with a re-infection of that darned cold so I haven't been near the computer much or I would have commented earler!
