I think everyone's resilience is wearing thin. The last couple of years dealing with covid and now the sorrows in Ukraine. You have also had a broken leg to mend. Spring will come and you will feel better and those brushes will get you to work again. Until then some good coffee, a few good books and maybe some fresh air. My best wishes and big hugs for sunnier days.
I completely agree with Lisa! You will find your way, in your time. I always feel overwhelmed as spring approaches--so many plans and projects, so many ideas and wishes ... and I rarely get to any of it!
