I'm going to have to start taking photos of all my friends and relatives and painting them :)RH Carpenterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05497161758269292809noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7104034804712021440.post-77830056611796478672008-12-02T08:49:00.000-05:002008-12-02T08:49:00.000-05:00Thanks, Susan and Vicki :) I'm glad you like the ...Thanks, Susan and Vicki :) I'm glad you like the peppers - I guess I just lost my interest in them so finished them halfway. Vicki, I forgot about the challenge at Watercolor Artist. If I ever finish this one, I might enter it!RH Carpenterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05497161758269292809noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7104034804712021440.post-90210774654447136172008-12-01T19:01:00.000-05:002008-12-01T19:01:00.000-05:00Love those peppers! I really think that it would fit right in.Vicki Greenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08270035257336054899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7104034804712021440.post-39493292535795484102008-12-01T18:25:00.000-05:002008-12-01T18:25:00.000-05:00I think there is the right amount of muted shadow ...I think there is the right amount of muted shadow and muted detail (you called it mud)to differentiate the back basket from the first. Don't sweat that. If I were to critique this at all, it would be to add the shadow sides of the shadow sides of the basket sides to show where the light is coming from. This is lovely and, with a few small details added will be a great painting!Watercolors by Susan Roperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15091873961431846148noreply@blogger.com
