PLAYING WITH COLOR

This began as just laying down colors (on a scrap piece of paper - not even sure what it is but not watercolor paper or maybe student grade paper) with Caran d'Ache watersoluble crayons.

Water added to bleed, blend and move the color around.  Done.

I am a Warrior...
or is that Worrier??

Sometimes just playing around with colours helps in understanding colours and papers. Happy painting.

I like this. It's very eye-catching. I don't know why I always tend to see recognizable objects in abstract painting, but this reminds me of an insect. A beautiful one.

What a lovely way with colors. For some reason it makes me think of a fish. Your Toucanette from the previous post is beautiful. Your birds are wonderful Rhonda. Hope you have a super day. Hugs!
