GLAD PAINTING AS IT STANDS



Pushed back the female figure, darkened background, hmmm...



Time to sit it on the pile and see what I think in a few days or weeks.

Oh yes Rhonda, this is looking very good... You've got a very loooong series going here. I start a series , do 2 and I'm off again. LOL !

I seem to be into series now, finding I'm learning more and getting better (at times) the more I do - so I continue. Each one is not a great painting but if I learn something to carry on to the next, it's worth it - it's only paper, paint and time!

yep only paper, paint and time :) more artist need to have that same attitude. you never grow as an artist unless you experiment, and wreck some supplies :) (I need to follow this advice with etching, but need a press first lol)

nice colours here, some parts are a little muddled, but its an interesting mixture of subjects and different textures :)
