HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Thanksgiving is here in the US.  A busy time for those who plan to visit relatives or friends, or plan for their own visitors = cleaning, cooking, celebrating, and watching football!

I wish you all in the US who celebrate a very Happy Thanksgiving, safe travels to grandma's house, and may there be chocolate pie on the table when you get there :)

Good Morning Rhonda,
Chocolate pie! Yumm-mm! Might turn out to be the "new pumpkin". :)
No surprise here, but we're not traveling at all. Of course, even if we did, it wouldn't be very far. That, or it would be a heck of a long way. No in-between out in the middle of the Pacific.
Hope whatever your plan is, you have a safe and excellent time. I wouldn't be surprised if your next post features a quick holiday visit to Florida. Yes?
Sincerely,
Gary.

Gary, hi and Happy Thanksgiving!! Today is the day. I imagine people still celebrate in Hawaii, yes? Just no travelling far! ha ha Probably a smart thing, considering the state of things these days. Have a good weekend. Thinking about Florida after the holidays...not that cold here right now so tolerable at 50F :)

Hi, Jennifer Rose. Happy Thanksgiving to you, too, (late since you celebrate Oct. 1st) - I imagine no one celebrates in Scotland. I remember having a Thanksgiving dinner in Wales when I lived there, with a bunch of ex-pats working together - it was fun but imagine trying to explain pumpkin pie to Welsh people who think it's the most disgusting thing they've ever heard!! ha ha We did get a turkey, though. Have a good weekend.
