BEFORE AND AFTER THE SNOW

Some of you still have snow on the ground.  (Some of you have A LOT of snow on the ground!)  Some of you live where there is never a hint of snow.

Our snow has melted with warmer temperatures and rain washing it away.

Here's a couple of photos of Papa Red before and after the ~4 inches of snow we did have this month...

Beautiful photos. We don't get any snow here in Adelaide but right now the weather is getting very warm with temperature today at 32C. I am enjoying your blog, keep posting! Thanks.

I love your photos of the little red bird in the snow. Thank you for your watercolours and words. I am just getting back into painting and enjoy your work.

Lorraine, it's amazing to me how the seasons differ between the north and south hemispheres. It's nice to know that it's spring or summer somewhere when we are having snow and cold :)
Thanks for taking the time to stop by and comment, Rosemary. Hope you get back in the swing of things with your art!
Sherry, they are amazing and seem even more red against snow, don't they?

Ah Rhonda - this looks like it could be at my house. So glad to see you are enjoying warmer weather too. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Yep, the red is really RED, Carol :)
Debbie, similar weather, maybe. Caught a cold, probably picked up on Thanksgiving evening since it began with symptoms Saturday evening - yuck! Coughing and all the rest - just have to take meds and hope it leaves me soon. Hate colds!

Hello, Gorgeous! Every time I try to take a photo of a bird, I get a lovely photo of a bird feeder with not a bird in sight:) Great job!
