...oh...I see...wisteria...mysteria..?!!Cheers, Sadami
Whenever I see wisteria, I feel wistful, wanting to be somewhere it grows - but I am! I don't have to be in South Carolina to see it growing around here - I just have a look out for it. I wonder if I should plant some and see where it may go? I love wisteria and lilacs (I do have a lilac bush by the house).
These Wednesday photos are wonderful! I adore wisteria too and last year I posted several photos of the wisterias in our neighbourhood. Beautiful! Mrs A
I just adore Wisteria and fondly remember the one house we owned where it was growing beautifully. Not sure it would handle our windy climate where I am now but I just love to see it. Have painted it just the once
I do so love wisteria! So beautiful!
I'll have to come by and check out your wisteria photos, Mrs. A!Lorraine, there is something otherworldly about it - especially when it is this large!Yes, it's a beautiful thing, Sherry! I wonder how long it will be in full bloom like that? There is a gazebo behind it (the little rounded thing that looks like a chimney you can see at the top) that shows when this is not blooming.
I do like the little black handle at the top, by which one could pick up the wisteria and carry it home. I wish! Still waiting for it to bloom here in Michigan.
