SATURDAY NIGHT = DATE NIGHT WITH A TWIST

5-7 p.m.  MANIFEST GALLERY (2727 Woodburn Avenue in East Walnut Hills) is hosting 3 terrific exhibits; and they want you to try this novel idea:

Instead of dinner and a movie, how about dinner and a gallery show?

Just come to Manifest Gallery between 5 and 7p.m. this Saturday (alone or in tandem), enjoy three terrific exhibits before we pack them up and ship them away, then pick up a special Date Night coupon for 25% off your dining bill at Suzie Wong's at DeSales Corner (valid same night only).

After dinner at Suzie Wong's...

7-9 p.m. - PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE at Manifest DRAWING CENTER in Madisonville

MANIFEST DRAWING CENTER, 4905 (floor 2) Whetsel Avenue in Madisonville (near the public library).

In celebration of Manifest's seven years as an organization and our Drawing Center's one-year at its Madisonville location.  Manifest's staff and board of directors wants you to see the exciting creative space and the hundreds of life drawings hung studio-salon-style, and to learn more about the history and future of this exciting other half of Manifest that most folks don't get to see. The open house is also a chance to meet some of our participating artists, as well as tour our studios where on average over 400 participants each year undertake serious drawing education and expand their skill and vision for creativity.

Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Thanks, Laurie, for stopping by and for taking the time to comment - I did take a look at your blog and loved your crows!! I'll be back to see more :)

Sherry, Nora, Kathryn, I wish I had done this, too, but U.K. was in the NCAA playoffs and Sweetie is a big fan so we watched them win instead - maybe next time since they are having this deal every so often through the gallery. I need to get over to see their new drawing studio, too.
