MORE PHOTOS OF LEBANON TRIP

Just a few more photos, taken by Jerry, of our short trip up to Lebanon, OH to see the OWS show.

Now, time to watch the Wimbledon finals for the men.  Go, Rafa!

Hi Rhonda,
Great post. I really enjoyed seeing the excellent photos, but the best was seeing Jerry on that locomotive. No matter how young I was, or am, I would've been climbing all over that magnificent iron horse given the opportunity.
Enjoy your day at Wimbledon! Did you enjoy strawberries-and-cream this morning?
Sincerely,
Gary.

Thanks, Bobbi. Glad you enjoyed them.

Gary, thanks :) Jerry had a good time. Strawberries?!??? YUCK!!! And Rafa lost :( Someone has to lose in order for someone to win, I guess. I'm more upset about the wild bunny that seems to be the lunch of a red-tailed hawk which I've been watching in the neighbors yard :( I hate that!

Hi Rhonda-- For the past hour I've been looking at the OWS paintings. What great shows. Sharon Stoltzenburger is particularly interesting from 08 and 09. I found that I really don't like the ones that obviously look like bad snapshots though. There wasn't much of that in these shows thankfully. All in all the shows represent a fantastic cross-section of watercolor techniques and styles. Had a blast. Thanks for sharing the link.

Really enjoyed seeing your photos. They all have potential to be paintings.

Glad you enjoyed the OWS shows, past and present, via their online gallery, Bill!! Not sure which ones you mean about looking like bad snapshots - now I'll have to go and take a tour of the previous years! ha ha

Barb, thanks, I think you're right but not inspired by these to paint them - well, maybe that train? ha ha
