NEWBORN

I'm getting too old to enjoy these things yet they keep coming around.  (And yes, that is me, newborn and not looking too happy about it.)

Don't bother with birthday wishes - just send chocolate! :)

Happy birthday, Rhonda! Glad to meet you in virtual world.
I would like to send the chocolate, but you will receive it in August, as Russian post works).

Here's a wish anyway - Happy Birthday! If you had let me know I'd have baked you a cake (well, probably not, but it sounds good!) Next time you venture out to this side of the universe - sometime post-winter - I'll have to ply you with chocolate! Hope Jerry gave you lots of art-y presents and you have a good day painting.

Hi Rhonda,
May I wish you the most spectacular birthday EVER! Sorry for not following orders, but I couldn't resist.
Hope it's a great day for you Rhonda, and all your wishes come true.
Congratulations,
Gary.

Mmm, I had some chocolate on your behalf too Rhonda, thank you and a very happy birthday. I think you weren't that happy in this photo because nobody had given you any paints and a brush yet!

Carol, mmmmm, brownies!!! Put on a pot of coffee; I'll be right over :)

Deb, you bake? I find that hard to believe :) I'm going to celebrate in April again, when the snow is long gone and spring is in the air: so I'll hold you to that!

Gary, thanks. I'm not sure I have wishes anymore (does that mean I am REALLY getting old?). Hard to realize you're no longer counting your birthdays in years, but in decades!!!

Happy birthday, dear Rhonda. I hope that you will have tons of chocolate!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I hope you'll get some real chocolate and some painting time.

Thanks, Cathy. I hope that chocolate was good :)

Thanks, Christiane and Jane - I did get some chocolate. A day without chocolate is like a day without sunshine :)

Tom's birthday was the 25th, we celebrated with a birthday cake last night. Did you know that Pillsbury now makes a cake mix and can of frosting made with Splenda? Too cool!

I hope your day was a good one, filled with chocolate and good wishes, whether you wanted them or not. Life is too short to not celebrate in some way, making it through another year and looking back at one's accomplishments. You are accomplished.

Happy Birthday Rhonda. I put the chocolate in the mailbox but...the chocolate has frozen and stuck to the mailbox. It will be Spring before it thaws out enough to send it! Many more birthdays!

Thanks, Susan. Tell Tom Happy Belated Birthday for me :) And I did see the sugarfree brownie mix so it's just a matter of time before there are lots of goodies like that :)

Linda, you made me laugh - I can imagine that chocolate frozen to the mailbox!

Thanks, Myrna. You are too sweet :)

Sadami, talk about sweet! Thanks so much for these wonderful wishes :) And yes, Australia has their Independence Day on my Birthday - how cool is that? ha ha
