BACK, BUT NOT IN ACTION

Well, sunshine, warmth and blooming things all around and my back has decided to give me fits. The doctor yesterday for new meds and today the chiropractor for some adjustment. It's not as bad today as it was Wednesday (couldn't even dance an Irish jig!), and it won't be as bad tomorrow, I'm sure. Slowly but surely getting past the pain...stupid back...doesn't it know I have things to do?

Guess I'll have to just sit in the sunroom and watch the birds at the feeders and enjoy the sun.

Ouch! Yes, sit back and take care - hope that sunshine seeps in and heals whatever needs healing.

Thanks, Cathy :) It's getting there. Got to paint a bit today - don't want to overdo it right away, though.

Sorry about the back. Had a minor op on my knee on Wed and for some reason it ended up with me having terrible lower back pain yesterday. Probably doing too much!! So you sure have my sympathies. Should be driving in a week. Good luck with new meds and chiro work.

Thanks so much, Gaylynn (glad you like the portrait - it's a bit silly but was fun to do). Thanks, Joan - sorry to hear about your knee (the back pain is probably "referred pain" - pain that is caused in one place that radiates out to another - I have that, too, with the back because the pain and ache go all the way around the hips and pelvis when the back flares up. The body is in interesting thing! Hope you are feeling better :)
