DANCING PETALS - STAGE 1

I drew this is tracing paper and then put it over my watercolor paper and traced it on, changing the composition a bit here and there. Began working with color.

Just 2 colors so far: Cobalt Teal Blue and Cobalt Blue. Painting each petal individually, wet-in-wet.

Half sheet (15" x 22") Fabriano Artistico 140 lb coldpress.

I love the lightness in these petal arrangements, like they really are dancing! This is going to be a fun one to watch happen.

Oh, I love the blues - the colors and the music, Deb!
Thanks so much, Angela, Pam, and Susan!
Thanks, Cindi - found some other things with my heart but no immediate surgery so that's a good thing. Just medication to keep the blood pressure down and the heart from racing for no reason - the joys of a chemical life!!
