WHAT'S UP?

Hmmm...seem to be sooo lazy. Some health issues since I've returned - minor, I hope. But just sooo lazy. I don't seem to be able to get anything started. I've printed out some lotus blossom photos but they sit on the coffee table, waiting for me to even take them down to my art room. So maybe the butterflies would get be going...may print out a few of those. How can I resist those blues?

I'll let you know. It's not the heat. The weather is warm but wonderful (nice breezes and low humidity and not too hot). Maybe it's the after-vacation let-down? If so, I need to get over this and get back in gear for Thursday's watercolor class! Can't just go there and watch everyone else paint...

...or can I?

It always takes me some time to get back into action after vacation. Hope your health issues are very minor and something comes along asap to pique your enthusiasm for painting again!!

Hi Rhonda,
This morning I was thinking about class before they got here, and missing the fact that your exhuberance and delightful comments wouldn't be here until Thursday. We want you even if you're lazy, laid back, quiet.... Miss ya.

Hey, Chris, you may be right - the after vacation let-down!
Sandy, looking forward to being there Thursday no matter what I have - or don't have! Maybe it will get me moving.

Go to the class with a bottle of wine. Sip, chat, and critique everyone. No sense getting your hands dirty with paint.

Excellent idea, Bill. I think, although I do not drink alcohol (don't hold that against me!), the other members of the class would enjoy a nice bottle while painting. Perhaps I'll wear my beret, also, to add to the mood.

HI Rhonda,

Your post one or two below this one talks about your plant based diet. Could your lack of energy be something to do with that? Maybe a good dose of protein would help? Hope you pick up soon!

Deb, I'm supposed to be getting plenty of protein on this diet - just no meat. Should be okay but it may be my body adjusting to the fiber, the fruits and vegs, but I don't feel bad...just not as energetic at times. I don't mind the weight loss at all, though!
