LOL! Happy Easter, Teresa! Unfortunately, that was last Easter - BD (before diet) but it's a cute photo. Someone may be having bunny cakes or chocolate bunnies or eggs today, I hope.

Our sunrise service was spent getting showers and breakfast so we could find out where the Easter Bunny hid all the eggs. Guess what - he chose my studio to hid 70 eggs! Then we were off to a really great time at church. Grandkids are too too much fun!!!
Hope your Easter is wonderful.

Seventy eggs, Sandy? You have to get a grandmother of the year award sometime soon! We watched a few neighborhood egg hunts and they were over in a second - just a few eggs or toys tossed around and found easily. I think it's more fun to eat the chocolates than hunt for boiled eggs! ha ha

Our kids called last night and I asked Aubrey if she found any eggs. She said "yes! and some of them had CHOCOLATE in them!" She was still in awe of that. They had to put her basket away for another day before she ate herself sick yesterday.

We had a good day here with our other son's family for dinner (yup...ham and potato salad) and had a good visit. Happy belated Easter to you, too...I hope that Spring is finally arriving for you all back there.

Are these bunnies a tradition in your household? Do I remember a watercolor of ancestors of these two pups?

Susan, it's so much fun to see the awe with the little ones - they KNOW the Easter bunny came but can't figure out the chocolate filled eggs or how it sneaked around to leave such goodies :) I bet she was precious!
Suzanne, I think my sister has decided this will be a family tradition - she gets them from a local bakery and everyone in the family gets one! I brought home another chocolate and yellow one and ate the chocolate one last night with a fresh cup of coffee - yum!!

Suzanne, I forgot to answer your question: I have never painted these - but I should! They look like they would be fun to paint.
