Smudge

Well, he says, "Put my photo up there, mother, and show your friends how beautiful I am." Guess I'd better obey! ha ha

"Did I hear that right? You're having another Birthday? How OLD does that make YOU in cat years?"
"And when are you going to fill my food bowl again?"

He's beautiful - and very expressive!

Here's my Smudge this last summer:

and one from when she was new and adorable:

She's not so fat in either of those, but you should see her right now! She and our pot-bellied pig are buddies and do nothing but eat and snuggle all winter!

When I read the title of this post I had visions of a new freeform technique you had achieved ! Being a cat lover and having two (a Burmese Blue and a half ragdoll - pedigree mum was naughty with the local farm cat I hear) I was delighted to meet your beautiful Smudge. Very intelligent isnt she/he??

Thanks, Cathy. I like the black and whites a lot.
Angela, your Smudge is so cute!
Thanks, Candy, Joan and Suzanne - I'll tell Smudge you think he's handsome (or maybe not, he's already so full of himself! ha ha). I have never had a cat who "talks" so much all the time - he has to have the last word!

Belated Happy Birthday, Rhonda! We can't escape the march of time, but as my husband and I always remind each other -- it's better than the alternative!! :-D
