Bees and Teasels

I'm not going to complain about my back anymore. If you don't see any new paintings, you'll know I'm still out of commission

BUT

I can share some photos by Jerry...
something pretty and well done and interesting...

Jerry volunteers at a raptor rehab place locally and in the field he often wanders off after taking care of the hawk (1) and owls (2) to shoot some nature scenes.

Bees and teasels

and

a Hawk Moth

just out in the fields, doing what they do.

These are beautiful pictures! That's great about volunteering at the raptor center. I think it would be interesting to do that. The closest center to where I live is over an hour away, so we donate instead.

Neat photos by Jerry. I hope your back is getting better day by day and don't forget to prop up the foot when painting! We want you well, ya know. :)

Thanks, Lin, Dawn, and Ann, for your comments - I'll share them with Jerry.
I can't believe I haven't painted anything since July 10th - much too long to be away from my paints!
