Can't do warms without including the cools. Here are 7 "best of" paintings I did in 2007, all in cool colors.
Nice shows! Thank you and happy new year!
Thanks, Suzanne :) Have a great New Year!
Hey, Rhonda! I've been reading your posts on my reader and just came by your site. Wanted to say how much I like your new look and to thank you for including me in your latest new favorites!
Well I really have to figure out how to do that cool slide show thingy!! I like it! Great stuff!HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
I have to tell you all I LOVE waking up to 4 comments!! ha-ha You guys are great for stopping by, checking out the work, and taking the time to comment. Nava, I have only drooled over the Jean Pederson book so far but intend to start it after I get through the Kaupelis Drawing book and the Trevena Watercolor book - if you like Pederson's work, you'll love Mary Whyte - and Janet Rogers does loose, light, wonderful portraits, too, and has a DVD out.
I remember most of these, Rhonda. You have been really busy this year and have produced a lot of excellent work. I like coming to your blog because there is always some wonderful, interesting project on your easel. Can't wait to see all that you do in 2008.
Thanks, Michelle. I'm glad you said you like seeing the new work - I was just thinking maybe I post too often and should slow down. But it seems to be a real incentive for me to be productive and show a process as I go along. If it's interesting and someone else learns from it or enjoys it, that's a great perk. Happy 2008!
